Talca-Constitucion railway

Since some years I have had the opportunity to meet some different Chilean, Argentines and recentenly Perubian cities. That is why I find it difficult remeber which has been the most important trip more so because all travels that I has been done has something special. Though considering I must choise one I decide that I did on Summer 2005 trough between Talca-Constitucion railway (Partially destroyed by february Eartquake).

I chose this journey because it was the first that I did only with friends company like bakcpacker style and because marked the beginning of one stage since I don't sttoped took my backpack to know amazing places.

From the beginning this travel was charged of new challenges, so with my friends dind't want to left anything to lucky so we meet one week before to plane the route. However at the time 'to be on the potatos born' (very typical Chilean phrase) we awake had to adapt to circumstances and modify aour original plan. But it didn't stopped we can arrive to our destiny and to know an incrdible place.

Today, after many years couldn't remember and several more after the trip I joy remind all lived experiences like feet hurtme for walk over the railway, make our own bread, sleep under grapes tree, drink a (heated) beer on the train and because three of the four with wich I travel were and still are great friends.

Alexander von Humboldt

Hello my dear readers, today i'm talking about Humboldt.

Considered as "the father of the universal modern Geography", he was born on septembre 14, 1769 in Berlin, Germany. He wasn't only a gepgraphy man and he as well spend a lot of time on naturalism and exploring.

With his adventurous spirit that to characterize him whe he was a child this let him to start a trip for american lands to view and describe the natural events like the link between the volcanoes activities and the evolution of the earth's crust. The when he arrive to paris he complied all anotations in the incredibles thirty volums called "new continental equinoxial travel".

I admire him, because he gave a lot of concepts and bases to our carrer, and also I will like to do all travels who he has do.

27th February

In summer I was stay in Coñaripe, a little village near Pucon, at the Araucania Region. This area is very popular because it have a Villarica volcano so close.

The night of 27th february was very quiet like all other, but the earth had prepared a big surprise for us. To while away the time I shared a drink with some peoples, but at almost 3.10 the bottles was empty and we was thirsty happy, so we must to draw lots for to place for bougth more alcohol. Unfortunately I and a friend lose that gamble, so we took some blottles and start to walk to shop.

In de middle of way we heard some rare noices and some strange movement under our feets. The first impresion was de volacano became to erupted, so without think twice we began too ran to our huose.

With the minutes and some calls we was know de movement was made by a big earthquake that feelt in all nation.

Hello, my name is Andres Zamora, I was born in 1987 at the San Borja Hospital in Santiago, Chile. Wen i was child i have many bones broken because i was a messy boy. With the year may character dosn't really change but i don't borke my bone any more. At the age of twuelve i became into a scout movement, it is was de beging of a kind of life.
Today i'm study geography in Architecture and Urbanism Faculty at the University of Chile, and i still being scout, now as scouteer (a kind of adult guide) i teach the same who make me happy at the past.
